• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Cortex XDR (previously known as Traps) Cortex XDR is an EDR solution, basically an Endpoint Security product. • Present to clients at all levels, from Systems Administrators to Executive Leadership highlighting the benefits of Cortex XDR. • Design and implement Cortex XDR architectures that will allow business and security requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk to the organization. • Maintain the Endpoint Security solution software life cycle, like performing XDR Agent software upgrades and bug fix implementation. • Be a security expert for further enhancement of the security posture provided to the customer and deliver support when appropriate. • Analyze logs and events from solutions to perform identification, investigation, and mitigation of security incidents. • Provide Technical Expertise on all aspects of Containerization technologies. • Provide guidance and technical direction to clients who have deployed or are in the process of deploying. • Identifies, recommends, coordinates, and delivers timely knowledge to support teams regarding technologies, processes, or tools.

• Previous experience in a Security Architect and/or Engineering role. • 3+ years of experience working with using Endpoint Security solutions and/or EDR. • Ability to perform threat modeling and design reviews to assess security implications and requirements for the introduction of new technologies. • Knowledge of Endpoint OS (Windows). • Solid grasp of web applications, web protocols, security, and Internet environments. • Good knowledge of web threats and cybercrime. • Experience with common enterprise desktop software deployment methodologies. • Experience proposing, designing, installing, configuring, and integrating a complex Security environment. • Experience understanding malware, exploits, operating system structure, and behavior. • Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux, and Windows-based systems. • Strong problem-finding and solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution. • Familiarity with the different enterprise security and IT products, processes, and ecosystem. • Basic Linux system administration & troubleshooting experience. • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly. • English (Business level speaking).
