Partner closely with CMO and Founders in development and execution of a world-class community platform activation strategy. Role is to ensure that Spores Network is viewed as the most innovative community NFT platform and across all crypto. 1. Drive community and KOL recommendations to enhance Spores brand and IR (industry relations) objective through deep understanding and strategic experience with social channels - Telegram, Discord, Twitter, +++. 2. Hands on activation across all social channels and rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creativity, incentives, and approaches. 3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization including product, engineering, data science, and brand marketing. 4. Be an industry thought leader and take part in shaping the future of community marketing roles. 5. Owner & operator of CRM tools to increase the user engagement and responsible for reporting ROI and KPIs for all programming.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
1. 5+ years of professional experience, including proven community management experience with ownership and emotional intelligence 2. Advanced level of English is a must. Fluency in a third language is a plus 3. Detail oriented, pro-active in execution & project management 4. Flexible for overtime work and enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments. 5. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel) 7. Ability to deliver insights and recommendations based on data 8. Works independently and proactively takes on new responsibilities where most needed. 9. Humble and willing to learn every day 10. Critical thinking and have a service mindset 11. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 12. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain trends, and a strong interest in crypto and DAO culture (Those who are active in the crypto community can also be considered)
