Act as a bridge engineer between the development team in Vietnam and Japanese clients. Understand project details, communicate with clients, and convey project requirements to the Vietnamese team. Manage project progress, provide regular reports to clients and management. Perform testing and bug verification as needed. Handle other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
Education: Degree in Information Technology, Japanese, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role and at least 3 years of experience as a developer. Skills: Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 (ability to read, write, and communicate in Japanese). Strong logical thinking and presentation skills.
