- Issue invoices to customers promptly and accurately. - Manage receivable collections and follow up on outstanding debts. - Record all collections into the accounting system. - Update daily bank and cash transaction reports. - Track overdue payments and collaborate with the marketing department to encourage timely settlement by customers. - Prepare and update monthly outstanding debt reports.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry. - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Ability to work independently and manage receivables effectively. - Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
