I worked as an Article Assistant in a CA firm for 4 Years & 7 months. Thereafter, I worked as a business coordinator for 1 yr. & 8 months in the Hospitality sector where my main responsibility was to develop and maintain the guidelines for associated partners and franchisees of the company. Meantime, I was also associated with an NGO which is into providing mid-day meal to unprivileged children across India. After that, I entered the recruitment business and able to explore my skills. I have been associated with IMS for more than 3 years and have worked with a variety of industries such as IT, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Waste & Renewable Industry in providing services like CV sourcing, End to end recruitment, Market mapping, Lead generation, Database cleansing or reactivation Based on my performance I was promoted as a TL in January 2017 to work closely with recruiters and iron out their challenges and ensure they understand the jobs and can deliver results within the stipulated time. Adding to this, I have received a Certificate of Excellence five times in different projects from IMS.
