Balakrishnam Raju, a highly qualified and a Senior HR Professional and EX-Chairman Central contract Labour Board, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. Of India along with a group of Senior HR & IR Professionals having decades of experience in both Public and Private Sectors with virtual involvement in the turnaround efforts of making policies and strategies and implementation with best of management practices. Nalanda was established with an objective to provide total Management Services like Manpower Planning, Placements & Executive Search, Outsourcing of Manpower (Temp. Staffing), Training & Development, HR Policies and Strategies and audit, IR Policies, Implementation of Labour Laws, compliance audit, corporate and Govt relations, Business Incubation Services.
