Aside from our function as a bridge between the education sector and the industry, we are also aiming to help shape a clear career path for fresh graduates through our mentoring and training programs. We believe through our programs, we can help create a productive environment in the company and also better employee benefit for job seekers that will for sure in the end benefit our beloved country, Indonesia. What we do: - Upskill and reskill Indonesia's workforce to be able to work in the tech industries - Create mentoring programs to upgrade skills related to the current company needs - As a bridge that connects the education sector and industries to match qualifications and skills needed in the industry - Provide training for company trainees on jobs they are assigned to - Headhunter for companies needing experienced workforces in their fields
