After building a successful operation in Vietnam for Navigos Group and later KCS, Winnie moved to Shanghai China early 2013 to head KCS’ Business Development & Marketing initiatives in the APAC region. In Sept 2013, Winnie was appointed to oversee KCS' expansion in the same region for acquisition and green field start-up. KCS was later acquired by TMF Group in August 2014. Upon completing the KCS/TMF integration project, Winnie returned to Vietnam mid-2015 and has been involved in various start-ups and restructuring projects with solid track record. Winnie rejoined the corporate world in 2017, taking on the role of COO at Colliers in Vietnam looking for the next new high in her career. Winnie is a regular speaker in the region on HR, compliance and operation subjects. She continues to work as a Consultant for AB Horizon lending her expertise to clients who are seeking to improve efficiency, productivity and governance while holding a full time position when there is no conflict of interest.
