Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, data base, candidate references, Internal Reference etc. Screening the resume of the candidates. To conduct the Preliminary screening and interviews for junior, middle and senior positions depending on the requirement. Coordinating with the candidates and the corresponding Manager. Identify and finalize KRA’s, KPI’s with the jobholder in consultation with their respective supervisor. Identify job related competencies using the job description forms. Develop a competency grid for middle and Senior level management. Map the existing level of competencies vis-à-vis the required level.
