Sales Engineering Sales Manager
1. Working out an international sales plan & quota in alignment with annual operating plans. 2. Managing performance of individual personnels / dedicated team. 3. Actively analyzing global market trends to efficiently tackle challenges and utilize opportunities. 4. Maintaining price margins to deliver on profitability targets. 5. Maintaining product mix targets based on revenues, volumes & margins. 6. Maintaining customer mix targets based on type of stakeholder, revenue contribution proportions & dependency factors. 7. Achieving revenue targets for optimal Year on Year growth. 8. Monitoring payment performance in customer portfolio. 9. Working on client acquisition and client retention action plans to maximize customer lifetime value. 10. Monitoring the delivery of technical services of products across client portfolios. 11. Participating in training programs for global teams based on skill gap analysis. 12. Periodic sales reporting & presentations with the vice president. 13. Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with the vice president. 14. Working on any other additional sales projects as assigned.
- Minimum 10 years - Industries: Textile Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Paper and Pulp, Rubber, Plastic, MDF, Personal Care, Personal Hygiene, Waste Water Treatment, Sugar and Leather. - Qualifications: M.Sc/B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Tech/B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) / other similar qualifications - Willing to travel a lot for field trips - Experience working with both foreign and local clients.
- This position will be offered on a contractor basis. However, if the candidate prefers to be on a payroll basis, BR Specialities is open to discussion. - Compensation package will be discussed during interviews - Reimbursing work-related business trip/field trip - Paid leave for national holidays
