Job Overview And Responsibility

- Raise capital from banks, investment funds, DFIs, and strategic partners through debt, equity, or joint-venture structures. - Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and execution to optimize cost of capital, collateral management, risk allocation, and legal compliance. - Align fundraising initiatives with SME disbursement targets and loan portfolio growth plans. - Manage covenants, investor reports, and internal dashboards tracking capital utilization and performance. - Establish consistent investor communication cadence through quarterly updates, portfolio reviews, and annual briefings. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners. - Represent Advance at investor meetings, conferences, and fundraising presentations.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience in: • Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / Fintech Lending / Structured Debt / PE / Fund Management. - Proven track record in fundraising or structured finance deals. - Strong skills in financial modeling, capital structuring, deal negotiation, and investor communication. - Proficiency in English for finance: reading, writing, and presenting.
