This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong customer base, focusing on line services, works under the direction of the Deputy General Director (DGD) and plays a key role in revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention. Job Duties - To expand Sales and Marketing activities to get new clients for Russian Market - To develop more CIF cargo and expand FESCO's name in VN market - To lead the sales team to achieve the good performance / Sales KPIs - To work closely with Line Managers to get rate and space approved for Sales team - To survey the market and competitors for Russian Market - To co-operate with Sales Manager in Russia for FOB name accounts and for other sales leads - To do the reports for General Director, Deputy GD and Line Managers - To lead & monitor sales team to fulfil work requirements from Manager & management (do market survey, information, competition, sales report, FOB clients handling, problem solving, exhibition, Line's events, promotion for new services) - To co-ordinate with other departments (CS, Logs, Accounting) to handle shipments well as well as meet clients' demand & requirements - To assist direct BoD on commercial field - Perform other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management board
- 7–10 years in a shipping line, with a track record of consistent sales performance - Experience leading a sales team with defined KPIs, not just senior individual contributor experience - Exposure to Russian or Intra Asia trade lanes, either in sourcing or managing accounts - Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, written and spoken, to a professional standard - Consistent tenure: 2–3+ years per role as a baseline
