Medical Device Sales Specialist will drive adoption and sales of the M Close Kit, an innovative port-closure device used in laparoscopic abdominal and pelvic surgeries across hospitals and surgical centers in Metro Manila. Key responsibilities: - Provide clinical support during surgical procedures, including OR presence when required. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for surgical teams. - Build relationships with KOLs, surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. - Open and manage target hospital accounts through consignment or direct purchase models. - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets. - Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market updates using CRM tools. - Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and related events.
- 2–4 years of successful sales experience in medical devices. - Strong preference for laparoscopic, minimally invasive surgery, or surgical device sales experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biology, Marketing, or related field is desirable. - Strong clinical understanding of abdominal and pelvic laparoscopy. - Excellent English and Filipino communication skills. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Able to work closely with surgeons, OR teams, hospital staff, and procurement teams. - Results-driven and comfortable working toward sales targets. - Willing to travel within Metro Manila and occasionally to other regions.
