We are currently seeking a talented Mobile Engineer Lead to join our team for the Live VPN product. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile application development. As a Mobile Engineer Lead, you will collaborate proactively and responsibly with design and backend teams to create engaging and responsive user interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience across multiple platforms and lead a team. Key responsibilities: - Develop mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms. - Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code and user interfaces. - Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across different devices and screen sizes. - Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. - Integrate with backend services and APIs to support application functionality. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. - Learn about the various React Native VPN libraries and APIs that are available, such as react-native-wireguard and custom native module integration to ensure safe, reliable VPN connections. - Guarantee user privacy by adopting security practices including encryption, secure communication protocols, and data protection. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in mobile application development and React Native. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software products.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Have 8+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale products with at least 3 years as a Mobile Engineer Lead. - Proven experience as a Mobile Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications built using Native and React Native. - Proficiency in JavaScript and React Native framework. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and user interface guidelines for iOS and Android platforms. - Fluent in English - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Good understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, protocols such as SSL/TLS, sockets, and HTTP/HTTPS. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Good knowledge of secure coding practices. - Familiarity with how React Native apps are deployed on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. - Excellent at teamwork and communication, and great attention to detail.

Is there online interview support for remote candidates?
Yes, we have 3 rounds for recruitment process. 1st round is technical challenge - take home 2nd round is technical interview - online 3rd round is culture interview - offline but if the candidate is potential we can arrange online. Thanks
