Job Overview And Responsibility

As Senior Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on Capital Club's financial success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial management and reporting processes within the organization. This role involves strategic financial planning, analysis, risk management, and leadership of the finance team You will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence, embodying the spirit of our exceptional entrepreneurial community. Responsibilities: ● Develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. ● Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making. ● Provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's long-term goals and objectives. ● Enhance decision-making by integrating financial data with operational data to provide a 360-degree view of the business. ● Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. ● Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits in different markets. ● Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations. ● Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial stability. ● Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. ● Experience in managing accounting & non-accounting projects such as software implementation, process improvements & more. ● Stay abreast of and adapt to changing financial regulations and standards, ensuring the company remains compliant and competitive. ● Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals. ● Foster a collaborative and high-performing finance team. ● Develop a talent management strategy for the finance team, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing high-potential talent. ● Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business plans. ● Participate in executive leadership meetings, contributing to the development and execution of corporate strategies. ● Drive cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the company’s strategic goals and operational efficiency. ● Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. ● Implement best practices in financial management.

Required Skills and Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA is a must. ● Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. ● Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheet (Index-Match, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc). ● Experience in Xero accounting software is a must and bank apps like Airwallex, Payoneer and other banks. ● Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. ● Experience working with global teams and managing financial operations for a multinational organisation. ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. ● Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. ● Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational & time management skills and is able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
