Responsibilities: ● Develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. ● Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making. ● Provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's long-term goals and objectives. ● Enhance decision-making by integrating financial data with operational data to provide a 360-degree view of the business. ● Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. ● Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits in different markets. ● Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations. ● Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial stability. ● Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. ● Experience in managing accounting & non-accounting projects such as software implementation, process improvements & more. ● Stay abreast of and adapt to changing financial regulations and standards, ensuring the company remains compliant and competitive. ● Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals. ● Foster a collaborative and high-performing finance team. ● Develop a talent management strategy for the finance team, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing high-potential talent. ● Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business plans. ● Participate in executive leadership meetings, contributing to the development and execution of corporate strategies. ● Drive cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the company’s strategic goals and operational efficiency. ● Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. ● Implement best practices in financial management.
