Job Overview And Responsibility

- Sales & Documentation Support - Assist in preparing essential sales materials, including Quotations, basic bidding/proposal documents, and sales decks as guided by the Sales Team. - Draft, organize, file, and track the signing process of business documents such as Contracts, Amendments, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). - Execute administrative procedures related to payments and procurement (e.g., ordering marketing collaterals, office supplies, etc.). - Data Management & Reporting - Accurately and timely update customer information, leads, opportunities, and transaction statuses on the CRM/Sales Management system. - Compile and generate regular (daily/weekly/monthly) sales figures and business reports based on existing templates for management review. - Support in monitoring and following up on customer payment progress and outstanding debts (if necessary). - Order & Operations Facilitation - Receive and enter order/service request information into the company system. - Coordinate with relevant departments (Technical, Accounting) to ensure the timely deployment of Cloud/AI services for customers. - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative, secretary, or Sales Admin role. - Education: Graduate from College/University or a final-year student/recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or Foreign Languages. - Language Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal English is required (Mandatory for handling international documents, emails, and project files – if any). Professional Skills: - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel for data processing and basic reporting). - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possesses a high sense of responsibility. - Ability to quickly learn about new technology products (AI & Cloud).
