Sales Administrative task
- Collaborate with the team to define the terminology of project liquidation in the advertising industry. - Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL etc.) - Follow up on project liquidation and payment progress. - Processing a high volume of product orders. - Processing invoices for all sales transactions - Support other tasks if needed
- A recognized university degree. - Proficiency in English - Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales Admin. - Experience in a digital marketing agency/ Influencer Marketing business is a plus. - Negotiation skills & critical thinking - Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm - Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems) - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands - Excellent communication skills
