Sales Management Negotiation
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to revenue closure, driving opportunities end-to-end. - Develop Target Accounts: Identify and engage high-value prospects within BFSI across Vietnam, especially banks. - Build & Nurture Relationships: Leverage industry networks and credibility to open doors and grow long-term partnerships. - Close Revenue: Partner with internal teams to structure solutions, negotiate, and deliver successful outcomes. - Prospect with Precision: Use data, insights, and tools to run targeted outreach that resonates with decision-makers. - Keep it Clean & Scalable: Maintain high CRM hygiene, refine playbooks, and share learnings to raise the bar for the team.
- 6–8 years’ experience in B2B SaaS business development and sales. - Proven track record in BFSI, with enterprise/regulated industry experience. - Strong network and credibility with BFSI in Vietnam - Mastery of CRMs and sales enablement tools (Apollo, Outreach, etc.).
- Deeply connected within BFSI, with strong banking industry relationships. - Skilled at both hunting (BD/leadgen) and closing (sales execution). - Curious, persistent, and motivated by ambitious revenue goals. - Structured, coachable, and fast-moving in a dynamic SaaS environment.
