Business Development Sales Engineering Technical Support
*This role will be the first business lead, with gradual team expansion planned later. - Drive API (Active Pharmaticeutical Ingredient) sales business development across the Middle East market and achieve annual sales targets and performance KPIs. - Tap market potential, acquire new clients and retain existing partnerships. Identify client demands, deliver tailored product solutions, and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Arrange client meetings, product promotion events and training sessions to enhance brand awareness and product reputation. - Comply with local pharmaceutical registration regulations, trade policies and cultural norms. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure all sales activities abide by local laws and compliance rules. - Manage daily operation and team affairs of the Middle East office, optimize work efficiency and lift overall team performance. - Fulfill other assigned duties and support the company’s strategic development in the Middle East.
- 3–10 years of B2B sales or foreign trade experience in the Middle East pharmaceutical sector - Hands-on experience with API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) sales — knows the product, the buyers, and how deals are structured - Familiar with major local pharmaceutical enterprises across MENA and well-versed in regional drug registration rules - Fluent in English (working language); able to navigate local business and cultural norms across the GCC - Nationality: Ethnic Chinese (Chinese nationality preferred), fluent in Mandarin. - Work Location: Based in Dubai, UAE (long-term residency required). - Business Scope: API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) sales across the Middle East. - Available to be Dubai-based for 6+ months per year on a long-term basis
