About the team The Product Management Division is one of the key organizations supporting Sales Marker's growth. By combining AI agents and intent sales, we will provide products that are more intuitive, easier to use, and that anyone can use to achieve high results. We will be involved in all phases of product development and work closely with management, business managers, sales, consultants, designers, and engineers to create the best product experience. We offer the opportunity to make a big impact in a growing startup environment while deepening your expertise in product management. This position will connect the PdM, who defines the business requirements, with the design and development team, and will be responsible for adjusting the project schedule and managing progress. You will lay the foundation for smooth development by planning and designing according to the requirements definition, organizing detailed specifications, managing issues, preparing for release, and preparing various progress documents. You will also be responsible for managing the development progress and release together with the engineer manager. Main duties: - Collaboration with various development teams, confirmation of specifications/details, and document organization - Schedule adjustment and progress check before release - Organizing unclear points and issues and confirming with relevant parties - Tool (Notion/development ticket) update
Required Skills and Experience
