DevOps
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team, responsible for building, operating, and optimizing the company-wide infrastructure platform and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development teams to drive automation, accelerate release cycles, and ensure the reliability and security of our production systems through these key responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain highly available and efficient CI/CD pipelines. - Manage and operate production cloud infrastructure. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency and reproducibility. - Support containerization and orchestration for applications. - Build and operate monitoring, logging, and tracing systems to enable early detection and efficient troubleshooting. - Work closely with development teams to provide DevOps best practices and continuously improve engineering workflows. - Participate in on-call rotations to handle production incidents.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on platform engineering, observability, or site reliability engineering (SRE) - Strong experience in building and managing release systems, code merging, promotion flows, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, CircleCI). - Hands-on experience operating production workloads on at least two of the three major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure. - Proficiency in Shell and Python for scripting and building complex automation tools. - Production experience with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool: Terraform (preferred), CDK, Pulumi, or Ansible. - Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including creating and maintaining Helm charts in production environments. - Experience deploying and operating monitoring, logging, and tracing systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic, etc.). - Proficient with Git and modern branching/merging strategies (GitFlow, Trunk-based Development). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills in complex, multi-project environments. - Proactive mindset, high sense of ownership, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
