Description This position ensures smooth coordination and excellent service quality in handling shipments for clients. The Customer Service Executive acts as the main contact point between customers, operations, and overseas agents to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery Job Duties: - Handle booking, shipment coordination, and document preparation for sea, air, and trucking services. - Communicate directly with customers, carriers, and colleagues in DBF’s other offices to ensure smooth handling and information flow. - Monitor shipments, solve arising issues, and provide proactive communication to clients. - Ensure billing and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule. - Support Sales and Operations teams with customer-related information and service improvement feedback. - Maintain service quality according to company standards and customer requirements. - Prepare and update shipment reports and service performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related discipline. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding companies or logistics customer service. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Good command of English and Vietnamese (spoken & written).
