ABOUT THIS ROLE The Metub Company is one of Vietnam’s leading digital entertainment and commerce groups -operating across YouTube MCN (500+ creators, $300M+ GMV), influencer marketing, live commerce, and a music label. We are now launching our first international expansion into the Philippines, starting with TikTok Shop live commerce and MCN operations. The Creator Management Lead is the heart of this operation: the person who builds and nurtures our creator roster from zero. You will be the go-to person for every creator we sign, their coach, their strategist, and their advocate. You own the relationship between Melive and the creators who make our business work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Creator Scouting & Signing - Identify and recruit top Filipino video creators in beauty, health, personal care, and FMCG verticals - Build a pipeline of mid-tier (100K–500K) and A-tier (10K–300K follower) creators for MCN signing - Negotiate creator contracts - Develop and maintain a target creator database with engagement data, content style, and growth potential 2. Creator Development & Livestream Activation - Onboard new creators: introduce our systems, content playbook, and live commerce training program - Activate creators’s livestreaming — hand-hold through their first live sessions - Coach creators on content strategy, hook techniques, product storytelling, and audience engagement for live selling - Set and track individual creator KPIs: live hours, GMV per session, follower growth, engagement rate 3. Creator Relationship Management - Be the primary point of contact for all signed creators — handle requests, resolve issues, manage expectations - Conduct monthly 1-on-1 reviews with each creator: performance data, growth plan, feedback - Build a creator community: organize meetups, knowledge-sharing sessions, and group training 4. KOC Army Building (Affiliate) - Recruit and manage 500–1,000 micro-creators (KOCs) for affiliate product distribution - Coordinate with brands on affiliate SKU selection and commission structures - Track KOC performance: posts per week, conversion rates, commission earnings - Design incentive programs to drive KOC activity and retention 5. Reporting & Coordination - Provide weekly creator roster reports to GM: new signings, churn, performance highlights, issues - Coordinate with Vietnam HQ team on content production, creative assets, and campaign briefs - Work closely with Brand Partnerships team to match creators with brand campaigns - Feed market intelligence on creator trends, competitor MCN activity, and platform changes
