Communications Management
You will play a key role in managing, coordinating, and supporting the company’s new business activities in the Vietnam market. The core responsibility is to oversee business deal operations, coordinate stakeholders, handle paperwork, and monitor receivables. 1. What you are going to doDeal & Business Operations Management - Record and update information on new business opportunities and deals from the early stages. - Track deal status, issues, and progress to ensure timely resolution. - Arrange meetings and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and external partners. - Manage paperwork: contracts, NDAs, SOWs… and work with the Legal team to draft and finalize agreements. - Monitor receivables related to deals and coordinate with the Finance team for updates and timely handling. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination - Marketing: not directly responsible for research but will work with the Marketing team to request or receive market analysis on trends, competitors, and potential customers. - Vendors: coordinate in searching, evaluating, and connecting with vendors when needed. - Other departments: support communication, follow up on meeting action items, and ensure timely updates across all parties. 1. Must-Have: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields. - 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Business Development Support, or Project Coordination. - Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., for research, documentation, reporting, or task automation) to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Strong organizational, communication, and task management skills. - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, analyze information, and handle issues effectively. - Language: Proficient in English (listening/speaking/reading/writing) or Japanese. 2. Nice-to-Have - Basic understanding of the end-to-end deal process (research → proposal → contract). - Experience working with vendors or international partners. - Systematic mindset, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
