- Support costing analysis on budgetary quotations - Support bid pricing preparation for tenders - Maintain knowledge base of historical pricing strategies for different services, project manpower pricing, competitor pricing strategies - Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations - Present costing, pricing strategies and recommendations in bid review - Create, coordinate and compile pricing information for bid submission - Facilitate the production of finance related documents, authorisation letters and legalised documents necessary for submission - Constant review on bid response process, governance, as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar analytical position, with a focus on costing and pricing. - Fluent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software/tools. - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
