Job Overview And Responsibility
- Collaborate with the PO, Design Lead, and Development Lead to document features and product specifications (user flows, stories, and acceptance criteria). - Work with the Development Team to translate specs into detailed API documentation. - Write technical documentation including feature descriptions and user guides. - Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure thorough test case validation.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience as business analyst for business application platforms; - Experience in UML design, data modeling, and user stories; - Proven ability in typical business analyst skills such as requirements engineering, business process analysis, and modeling techniques; - Effective verbal and spoken communication skills; - Excellent command of English language skills (writing, speaking, listening and reading).
