Job Overview And Responsibility
- Lead General Accounting team in Finance function of Vietnam operations. - Assist to review and improve the accounting & operating procedure with an appropriate internal controls and measures, ensuring timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters/results/ management reports and tax reporting. - Manage the reports as requiring from Group Finance and Financial statement as Local law. - Be responsible for Cash management, co-operation with line accountants for daily/weekly cash flow; liaise with Banks for all related matters. - Lead external audit process and relevant government authorities on audit/ Tax inspection of accounting& Tax matters. - Provide training to staff members regarding to accounting processes. - Assist Finance manager to undertake ad-hoc Finance projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Accreditation from the International Accounting Standards. - 5 years of relevant experience in a senior financial position in shipping line - Fluent in English - Be a certificated and familiar with Vietnam accounting standard and international Financial Reporting Standards. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Proficiency in financial planning software including Excel & ERP. - Ability to work independently.
