Sale Manager Account Management Negotiation Client Relations
- Support the Sales Manager in ensuring the attainment of sales AOP by leading market assessment, strategize, plan, execute and measure results in your account package. - Collaborate with internal BUs while working on development of specification. Coordinate with regional domain experts to drive success rate in winning projects. - Diligently develop, generate and maintain opportunity for a healthy funnel. Lead strategy calls with internal stakeholders to make right decision and increase winning rate. - Establish healthy working relationship with stakeholders at all levels of assigned accounts (EU, EPC/Consultants, SI's, OEM's and DI) through collaborations by conducting meeting/visits on periodical basis, keeping abreast of their business update/ requirements as well as identifying new opportunities for conversion for the RA products, solutions and services. - Analyse and identify the customer needs & requirements to grow share in the existing accounts and/or to convert new account. - Provide the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports (forecasts, analysis and reviews) to the management team. - Acquire the needed technical competency to hold at least preliminary technical presentations and discussions with customers, so as to understand and fulfill their needs and requirements with Rockwell Automation products, solutions and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline. - Diploma acceptable with relevant industry working experience. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in the capacity of a Sales Account Manager. - Identify customer's pain points and prompt technical solution. - Local F&B, machinery industrial process, regulation standards. - Strong automation knowledge - PLC, drives etc. - In-depth market knowledge relating to sales (supply and demand). - Good command in both spoken and written English.

- Experience in both products and solutions selling. Solutions consulting and technical sales will be an added advantage.
