And if we don’t, well then we keep the conversation going, because I want to get them there. I started my career with UMANOHirers as a HR Trainee (Internship). I, after successful completion of probation period, grabbed an opportunity as Associate Consultant with the same firm. I received all the support to learn, experience and experiment in the field of recruitment; both domestic as well as international levels. It was a new experience for me to interact with our team members in Europe and share their experiences at work. I learnt the skills of being a good team member and its importance. UMANO also provided me with a flexible working options; both at office as well as work-from-home, as and when necessary. In the later years, with all the experience I've learned, I became the Senior Consultant which took me to the next level. Currently I lead a cross border team and also help them train their skills better. I make sure that, the recruited talents are performing better in the respective organizations, by various feedback methods in coordination with the employer and employee. I assist the hiring process and make sure we meet the expectations. Team work is one of my biggest assets. I am now working as a HR Sourcer with a leading retail based firm and hiring talent for the firm. Using multiple search channels, I find the right fit for our requirement and hire them. Here in J C Penney we are always given a leverage that the hiring managers are available at all times to answer our questions and help us find the right talent. The thing I love the most is how the whole team takes part in hiring a talent. I am now looking forward to learn more things and be one of the best contributors for the firm.
