Hi Thanks for visiting my profile I am bcom graduate with cma(icwai) inter Couldn't clear cma syllabus. I have cleared public service exams & bank po too but didn't gave me that kick to start My journey of work. 2014 i started as management trainee im a direct marketing company which is in sales of various products like insurance, dth, credit cards. Left that company in 7 months again started looking for the next role. In 2017 tea leader of privious company Called to join her firm which is into recruitment consultancy. I have no idea how recruitment firm works from basics Like cv screening to how to talk with jobseeker & to hr all i was taught by my mentor guru ritika singh gupta. I loved help the jobseekers whether its paying me or not its always about finding happiness in helping. I am Volunteer as well in organization called trust papa which is into save birds, tree plantation, helping in education of poor children.
