After studying in the US for 5 years, Van returned to Vietnam and joined Standard Chartered Bank. Since 2010, she has been with Navigos Search - a leading provider of executive search and management consultancy services in Vietnam as Senior Recruitment Consultant. She has advised and recruited for numerous clients in a range of industries specializing in banking, finance and high-tech services. Van has been top #1 consultant with highest revenue nationwide at Navigos in 2012 and 2013, also breaker of Navigos' Biggest Deal Size Record and breaker of Navigos' Magic Sales a Month Record. In 2014, Van joined McKinsey to be in charge of Recruiting and HR for Vietnam Office.
