I have also enriched my knowledge about the industry as a researcher, collecting insights, working with big data and analysing recruitment and human resources trends to support effective recruitment strategy and approach. At Navigos Search, I work closely with other colleagues to assist clients on recruiting candidates in Electrical & Electronics and Automotive sectors.
