Prior to Deloitte, she worked for HR Path as the QA Consultant - Success Factors. She has both international and regional working experience in the UK and Southeast Asia. She has a passion for organizational design, agile and adaptable organizational models, leadership and people development, change management, culture transformation, and organizational behavior. She earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology at Aston University, United Kingdom, and her Bachelor's in Banking Finance at National Economic University, Vietnam.
