• Handling complete end-to-end recruitment process • Understanding the requirement from the clients and coordinating the drives with the clients. • Validate the profiles from the team submission client management. • Identify talent through various sources such as Job portals, internal database, Employee referrals and Networking. • Well versed in doing job posting and sending mass mails through the job portals and job posting sites. • Analyzing the candidates resume based on Designation, Domain, Skills, roles and responsibility and Short list the candidates for interviews. • Screening resumes and identifying prospective candidates, conduct initial screening of the candidate through telephonic to evaluate her/him in terms of technical skills, communication, confidence suitability to the project and the company. • Screening the Candidates profiles and scheduling for the interview based on companies requirements. • Co-coordinating with Client’s on daily basis for Placement assistance through Calling and Email. • Follow up with the selected candidates and joining formalities of the candidate
