MY EXPERIENCES February, 2018 – April 2018: PEOPLE’S COMMITTEES OF DISTRICT 1, HO CHI MINH CITY - Photograph and transfer the documents to the Clerical department and the officers who responsible solve it; - Receive phone calls of citizen, businesses and transfer to the room according to the field of expertise; - Makes reports, plans by weekly, monthly, quarterly and year of agency; - Collect data in software such as “citizen survey software”; - Participate and note important things in meeting at committee; - Carry out the preparation of the meeting of the ;committee - Receive and solve questions of the citizen about administrative formality; - Observe and learn about organizational structure, function, task and power officials in the agency December, 2018 – today: MIRAE ASSET FINANCE COMPANY - Managing old employee records, set up new employee records; - Managing incoming and outgoing letter of the entire company; - Prepare seal the contract and contact the staff at the provincial offices to sign and save; - Managing stationery. - Support recruitment such as published recruitment, track the recruitment process,..; - Other administrative tasks.
