Graduated from HCMC Open university, major in finance & banking, then I had engaged in a MBA course within 02 years at Open University Malaysia to obtain Master degree in Business Administration. However, then I found that I really find interest in HR area after one year of working. As a result, through out my career journey in almost 10 years in HR field till now, I do believe that working in HR has been still my ambition as my long term career's goal. Currently I have engaged in Persolkelly Vietnam (a joint venture between Persol holdings and Kelly services) as Business Development & Recruitment Manager- HR Outsourcing services, where has offered me a variety of skills in business management, client management and also sales perspective. By slogan “If you think you can do it, you will be able to do it.” This also means that I will try my best to put all my effort and dedication in everything I am really interested in, with the best endeavor I can make for my path. Therefore, acknowledge anything I can to get more deep learning, develop my interpersonal skills as well as job skills are all I would like to carry out during my career journey.
