We are looking for a People Partner (Talent & Performance) to drive organizational effectiveness through performance management, talent development, succession planning, and leadership partnership. The Opportunity As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and the HR leadership team to strengthen organizational capability, improve team performance, and build a sustainable talent pipeline. Beyond talent and performance management, you will have opportunities to participate in organization-wide people initiatives, workforce planning, and strategic HR projects that contribute directly to business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance & Organizational Effectiveness - Drive and coordinate the organization's performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and development planning. - Monitor performance outcomes and identify trends, opportunities, and risks across teams. - Partner with managers to improve team effectiveness and address performance challenges. - Support initiatives that strengthen a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance. 2. Talent Management & Succession Planning - Facilitate talent review discussions and support identification of high-potential employees. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and critical positions. - Coordinate succession planning initiatives to ensure organizational continuity and reduce talent risks. - Support leaders in developing talent retention and growth strategies. 3. Leadership Partnership - Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters. - Coach and support managers on performance management, employee development, engagement, and team effectiveness. - Partner with leaders to strengthen management capability and build high-performing teams. - Facilitate people-related decision-making using data and organizational insights. 4. Organization Development & Employee Experience - Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives. - Contribute to competency framework enhancement, career development pathways, and talent development programs. - Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities. - Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention. 5. Strategic HR Projects & Leadership Development - Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and organization-wide transformation projects. - Collaborate with HR leadership on policy review, people governance, and organizational development priorities. - Gain exposure to broader HR management areas, including workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and HR operations. - Support the development of scalable people practices that enable future business growth. What Success Looks Like - Improve the effectiveness and consistency of performance management practices across the organization. - Establish a meaningful talent review and succession planning rhythm. - Become a trusted people partner to business leaders. - Deliver actionable workforce and talent insights that support business decisions. - Contribute to strengthening leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. - Successfully lead or co-lead at least one strategic people initiative.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related disciplines. - 5–7 years of experience in HRBP, Talent Management, Organization Development, People Development, or related fields. - Strong experience in at least two of the following areas: Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Organization Development. - Proven ability to partner effectively with managers and department leaders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to drive projects independently.
