- Lead and managed interior design projects from concept development to completion. - Develop design concepts that align with client needs, project requirements, and budget constraints. - Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively. - Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. - Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes that enhance the design concept. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns. - Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate into design projects. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Attend client meetings, site visits, and project presentations as required.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field. - 4 - 5+ years experience Interior Designer -Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software. - Excellent design sense with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment and lead design projects. - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. - Certification from a recognized interior design association is a plus.
