• Read and understand specification documents, write documents according to project templates and internal sign-off: test cases, test reports, software user manuals • Test planning, test script building for API, Web, Mobile app products,... • Smoke test on UAT environment before handing over UAT environment to users. Support business users to create UAT scenarios and test during UAT process, log UAT bugs received from users to project management tool and track logged/assigned bugs. • Assist HelpDesk in error identification and user training • Test execution and reporting • Develop internal circulation documents • Research and update new tools and knowledge to support work
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• Have 2 years or more experience with API/web/mobile app testing • Proficient in software testing process and testcase design techniques... • Have basic knowledge of SQL, mySQL, Oracle databases • Graduated from regular university or college, priority given to majors in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems and Economic Informatics • English reading comprehension
