1. Job Objectives: – Looking for an Art Director to conceptualise and execute creative products that combine storytelling with visual innovation. – The ideal candidate will be able to clearly present their ideas, provide direction and guidance/training to team members to achieve company goals and collaborate with cross-functional departments on strategy and execution. 2. Job Responsibilities: – You will work in a fast-paced, creative environment that demands proven abilities to manage and execute a vision by collaborating with cross-functional departments to translate business and marketing goals into clear, compelling, and visually engaging ideas. – Responsible for managing and supporting the graphic design team to conceptualise and develop creative products focusing on Digital (Web/UI UX, etc.). – Participate in the entire creative process within the assigned timeframe and budget. – Work with project managers to ensure accuracy, practicability, and timely delivery. – Effectively present and communicate the creative vision. – Collaborate with designers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure concepts, themes, and messages are effectively and consistently conveyed for business objective(s) and target audience(s). – Strong skills in page layout, typography, and graphic design for Digital projects (Website/Landing page/Minisite/Dashboard/Mobile App, etc.). – Stay abreast of the latest standards, processes, and trends in visual design. – Take responsibility for all meetings prior to conducting them.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
– Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related fields. – Must have 03+ years of practical experience in logo design, typography, colour theory, and web layout design; proficient in Adobe Suite or other visual design and wireframing tools; able to demonstrate graphic design skills with a solid portfolio – Ability to present creative work internally and to clients. – Ability to collaborate with Copywriters and Designers. – Ability to gather and interpret feedback – Deep understanding of client objectives. – Strong communication and persuasive skills around design concepts. – Passionate about design; dissatisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve. – Ability to motivate and inspire to achieve the highest performance on assigned projects. – Dynamic, creative, and effective in engaging and influencing various audiences. – Deep understanding of designing across multiple media – print, digital, and mobile.
