For client: - Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives to proactively offer them the best solutions - Attend client's briefing meetings with team members to clarify and understand the brief clearly - Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between client and company - Be compliant with company and client’s policies, and deliver satisfaction for clients - Build up and maintain good relationships with key individuals (project owners) - Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and development of new service offerings For internal: - Lead and manage team members, partners and other resources to ensure proper coordination of all channels - Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, transparency, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement) - Understand & respect every department’s role in delivering great work & build close relationships - Control client budget and revenue-cost, to ensure the required profitability for company - Be able to give exact proposition & creative directions and supervise the team on working progress of developing proposals, viral videos - Deep-dive into social media analytics to understand why certain content performs better than the rest, and provide actionable insights for our clients backed by social data - The ability to present a clear, coherent, engaging plan during the meeting - Manage the workload, monitor team performance and give guidance when needed - Other tasks assigned by line manager

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Around 2 years experience in account or planning role at an advertising, digital or integrated agencies - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as management level - Excellent analytical, problem solving, project and client management skills - Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships - Ability to manage several tasks at once, and with keen attention to details and processes - Ability to structure, organize and improve the working processes within the team, and amongst departments - High sense of responsibility, proactive, detail-oriented and result-oriented - Strong understanding of the technology and trends that are changing the advertising business - Familiar with digital and social platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram - Excellent written and spoken English - Excellent MS computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel)
