- Together with team perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, overhaul, ...etc). - Windows person, roller visit Chinese/ Taiwanese customer to build up relationship, follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer’ requirements. - Propose solution items, software or service package to enhance customers’ satisfaction. - Report directly to Service Manager and higher level. Notice: - New members will be attended training at PFSAP/ PVPAD training center or On Job Training to improve knowledge / skills before handling activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent. - Experience of technical field about maintenance and repairing Panasonic SMT equipment. - Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic skills. - Effective communication / reporting / training skill is must. - Foreign language: Chinese is must. - Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
