We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and 2-3 years in presales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and support the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: - Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. - Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. Presales Support: - Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions. - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. - Participate in proposal development and RFP responses. Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Project Management: - Support project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. - Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
