Job Overview And Responsibility
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow our business in Northern and Central Vietnam. The ideal candidate lives in or near Hanoi, and has a proven background in selling complex, high-end cutting room machinery and software—especially in the garment, furniture, or automotive industries. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and expand the client base across North and Central Vietnam. • Collaborate closely with local Vietnamese technicians and other national sales team members. • Report directly to the Italian management team, providing detailed and structured reports. • Conduct customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations. • Support and follow up on existing customer installations and inquiries. • Plan and manage work activities independently, maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong sales experience with cutting room machinery/software in the garment, furniture, or automotive sectors (at least 3 years of experience) - Familiar with high-end, complex products and technical sales cycles. - Excellent command of English (spoken and written); - Based in or around Hanoi (can travel frequently to Hanoi to visit customers) - Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills. - Experienced in generating detailed reports and coordinating with international - Must have own vehicle and be available for frequent travel within the assigned regions.
