Sales Negotiation Market Research
- Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction proactively - Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunities; - Develops and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel - Proactively and creatively solve problems in managing customers’ complaints by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (example: product deliveries/application troubleshooting) - Coordinate with the Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers - Work closely with the Professional Services team to deliver post-sales service that maximizes customer satisfaction
- Have a Bachelor's in Health/Science - Have 3 years of multinational companies' experience in Pharmaceutical sales - Have effective communication and interpersonal skills - Have creative problem-solving and negotiation skills - Have customer complaint handling skills
