We're looking for an Sales Executive to own and grow the AI department's sales pipeline - selling AI solutions and delivery services to global customers (US, UAE, EU, KR, JP). You'll work closely with the Head of AI, Delivery, and Engineering to qualify opportunities, shape GTM strategies with the Department Lead, co-create solution proposals, and consistently drive revenue. SOW - Own end-to-end sales pipeline for AI services/solutions and collaborate on GTM strategies for different AI Services/Solutions. - Build and maintain Customer Relationship Management hygiene: stages, next steps, forecasting, deal notes, and follow-ups. - Coordinate with technical team to craft solution approach, scope, timeline, and pricing. - Identify upsell/expansion opportunities in existing accounts and support account growth. - Track win/loss reasons and continuously improve ICP, messaging, and qualification process
- 2 - 4+ years in B2B sales / BD (IT services, software, or AI/ML solutions). - Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. - Experienced in consultative/technical services. - Excellent English communication (spoken + written); confident in client-facing calls. - Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple opportunities in parallel. - Experienced with AI solutions/products.
