Job Overview And Responsibility

Main Purpose of the Job The Retail Innovation Assistant Manager is responsible for the development and execution of innovative retail strategies and solutions focused on shopper marketing, loyalty program enhancement, and retail solutions. This role assists in research, data analysis, project coordination, and the implementation of programs designed to enhance the shopper journey, maximize shopper lifetime value, and drive business growth. Main Accountabilities • Shopper Marketing: Drive shopper marketing strategies (compelling shopper insights, critical touchpoints along O2O shopper path to purchase) and translate insights for channel growth. • Shopper Loyalty & Engagement: Support Loyalty activities including shopper segmentation & CRM system. Sourcing innovative gift libraries to diversify loyalty program offerings. • Retail innovation: Lead & implement retail innovation projects in partnership with modern trade retailers. Fostering Data-Driven Marketing Initiatives and Partnership with Omni retailers. • Shopper Insights & Analysis: Develop dashboards & automated analytic system. Develop a deep understanding of shopper and channel trends. Co-lead channel audits, I love shoppers, and other shopper-centric workshops. • Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams (brand, category strategic planning, key account) and vendors to execute thematic shopper marketing campaigns. Co-lead JBP with Customer Managers for shopper solutions. • Other tasks assigned by line managers

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role in FMCG, retail, or a related industry. • Experience with front-end/field teams is a plus. • Understanding of shopper insights and data analysis. • Extensive knowledge and experience with field teams is an advantage. • High commitment and ownership. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result driven. • Good project management and communication skills. • Proactive, resilience, eager to learn and a positive team player.
