We are now expanding our sales force in Vietnam to strengthen enterprise partnerships and grow our portfolio of products & services. As GIANTY’s Business Development Lead in Vietnam, you’ll represent a diverse portfolio of products and services, including branding solutions, smart CRM, and more. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Lead – F&B & Retail Solutions to grow our Zalo Mini App–CRM solution in Vietnam. You will drive sales with F&B and retail SMEs, collaborate with marketing to boost product awareness, support client onboarding with the implementation team, and ensure long-term customer success through after-sales care. 1. Drive Business Growth - Lead the go-to-market strategy for our CRM/Zalo Mini App solutions and proactively expand into the F&B and retail sectors. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiation, contracting, and closing. - Leverage your personal network to generate early traction and warm introductions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and business decision-makers. - Continuously gather customer insights, competitor updates, and market signals to refine sales strategy and support product development. 2. Leadership - Serve as a core member shaping sales standards, workflows, and best practices. - Opportunity to build and lead a Sales team as the business scales. - Contribute to defining hiring profiles, onboarding frameworks, and performance expectations for future team members. - Provide mentorship and guidance once new hires join. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing to run campaigns and strengthen brand visibility. - Coordinate with Product & Operation, Technical and Legal & Finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and deal execution. - Provide attentive after-sales support to drive successful product adoption and long-term customer retention.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with the ability to work across Vietnam. - Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in SaaS and POS/CRM/Loyalty solutions. - Strong hunter mindset; not afraid to knock on doors or approach new clients. - Ability to build processes, coach future members, and take ownership of a new team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Vietnamese native + fluent English or Japanese (one foreign language required). - High professionalism, integrity, and a service-minded attitude.
