Job Purpose: To support the seamless execution of client engagements by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely progress of hiring-related processes, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role focuses on operational excellence rather than direct recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and delivery partners. - Schedule and manage interview logistics between candidates and clients. - Track and follow up on hiring progress, ensuring timely updates and escalations where needed. - Maintain accurate documentation and status reports for all active engagements. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and delivery teams. - Identify and flag potential bottlenecks or risks in the delivery process. - Assist in preparing client-facing reports and internal dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. - 1–2 years of professional experience (internship experience is not valid in this case) in business coordination, client services, or project support. - Experience working in IT companies - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; - Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
